Once Christmas rosters and closing dates have been confirmed it is great time to pre-plan payroll cashflow. Allow for staff wanting annual leave paid up front, statutory holidays and staff working on public holidays @ 1.5 their standard rate. It can add up quickly so best to know what you are in for. As a business owner it is super important to pay yourself and have break as well.
